And should the weather not cooperate down below, then drive into Tweedsmuir Park and up to the plateau (1 hr) and set out for a day hike in the Rainbows - the weather is often fine, when near the coast it may be rather cloudyraining or raining.

There is wildlife, you may meet with our resident eagles, sit at the river and do so taking our dog Flicka along.

Oh, you might say, we won’t get lost. No, it’s not that... But Mr Brown lives here too. Who’s he? Well, how about the food inspector?! (Rare visitor.)
